Post Rear trailer arms

In the process of changing my trailer arms and springs. Took them off today and noticed the brackets welded to the axle that hold the u bolts are rotted and split. Can I buy them, or can a welding shop fabricate them ?

I just looked at the LMC catalog that came today. If you are talking about the piece that is like and upsidedown spring perch and has a hole on either side. I think it is part of the axle. You might find a junk donor axle and get by cheaper than a welding shop. A core should be pretty cheap.

Good luck

common problem, especially on leaf axles 67-72 also,. all was fixed in 73 with better design of perches.
early classics, etc has the perches, dunno if they would sell them separately or not though.
