Ok, this is cool! I found an online search of North american wrecking yards! my seatbelts and washer bottle are so close I can taste them (figuratively of course) the site is:

If your talking about the windshield washer fluid bottle, then you can have mine if you want it. My washers stopped working long ago, and before that they were always on when the wipers were on. So I pulled the bottle out hoses out, so I could use the wipers. It's just sitting in the garage right now...so if you want it let me know. Oh it's from an 83 C10.
