I'm using oak. The bed is a MAR K product.

Yep, there are other pictures. I was thinking of posting them but I thought that it might be too long maybe I can cut down on the number of pictures so the post won't be so long, we'll see. Will be drilling holes next and finishing staining and clear coating the wood as well as painting the stips and getting them ready and then put it all back together one last time.

My truck is a 70' GMC LWB and it came from the factory with a wood floor. I don't know how it would work or if it would fit over a metal floor. The folks at MAR K would know and I think they have a toll free line.

Re: Bed Time!

As usual, John, that looks awesome, and the finished product will look great. You guys should see this truck in person, everything is super straight, super clean, and detailed perfectly!

Looking forward to the FAQ post, John, talk with you later!
