Complete 72 GMC Truck 1200
I am going to sell this project completely. Many personal challenges and changes have come up that I cannot have this truck anymore. I am including a link to the thread when I bought this truck.
There has been some things done this truck since I bought it, primarily the box has been removed and has been media blasted and sprayed with a good coat of epoxy primer so it is ready for some work. I would like to get $1200 out of this project. That is what I paid for it and half of what i paid for the box to be sprayed. The side trim is off and is gone. It was no good. My intentions were to fill all the trim holes. I have some other new small parts to go with it such as door/window handles for the interior, set of clear marker lenses with colored bulbs. I have the stake patches to patch the stake holes in the box if you want. I believe the motor and transmission alone are worth what I'm asking for this truck. It has the center hold tach which has been removed as I was going to try to sell it in parts, but I think it is worth more together. I have no doubts you could drive this home. Strong motor, Strong transmission. New brake lines. I have started disassembling teh front clip, but all parts are there. If you want to discuss more info I would be happy to. Just Private message me. http://www.67-72chevytrucks.com/vboa...d.php?t=237893 |

Front clip isnt bad. The cab corners, rocker, and floor pans all need replaced as well as door shells.. i would recommend finding a replacement cab. Located in Lincoln.

Jim- Here's a bump for ya.
I went to Lincoln this weekend and bought a couple of Chevy truck parts If someone in the Lincoln area is looking for a decent 8' bed with steel floor;or is needing a complete 5 bolt suspension off of a 72 gmc to convert one of the older brake drum 6 bolts; then give this guy a call. Like all of the board members I've met through the years he's an alright guy and wanting to move what's left of this truck Ron

What do you have left from the truck? Engine and tranny still there?
