frame color help !!!

I am having my my frame powder coated !! Now my question to the board is what color should I have it done. I saw a '70 chevy all done and it looked great. But it was a dark blue color and the frame was painted black, the frame did not stand out at all. So I have a pic of the color I am going to paint the rest of the truck. I wanted the boards input of what color the frame should be powder coated ?? any input??? Thanks Landon !!!

Since you are going back with the original color I would also think black would be the way to go. Especially on a 4x4 where you can see the frame more. I would go to your Powder Coating shop and ask to see some chips. They have some neat techniques with powder. I have a two tone grey hammer to accent the red powder on my frame. The grey is just incredible. I think if you went with darker color greys that would look really trick as well. I'll try to post a pic of the grey...it is hard to see the true color of it in the pics I have. The shop should also be able to give you some ideas of colors or techniques that would give you a real custom look. I think doing the frame in black and accenting it with a grey or body color would be the way to go.

Here is how the whole frame looks with red powder on the frame and the grey accents. Good luck....and you will be real happy with the powder.
