Where to buy temperature gauge resistor?
Can't seem to find one but I've read that they are available? They are supposed to cut the power down to 9 volts, right? Mine lets the full 12v through.
Also, could I run a wire straight from my temperature sending unit to my signal terminal on my gauge? This is my '72 with factory gauges. |

Re: Where to buy temperature gauge resistor?
I swapped from idiot lights to gauges and haven't installed the temp sending unit yet. Do I need this resistor also? Lots of people made this swap, but I've never seen this mentioned.
