WTB or WTT:14-bolt/4.10 for my 3.73

Here it is...
My`92 K3500 SRW has 4.10s and there`s a problem with the rear.I have the 3.73 rear from my`95 that I totalled that I`m ready to install and change-out the gears from the 4.10.I`m wondering if there`s someone within striking distance with a truck or just a rear with 4.10s that might be considering going to 3.73s.I`d swap 3.73s into my front, but I think I need to stay with what I have for my marine-prepped 6.5TD to run right. It likes higher rpms with no wastegate and a higher output injector pump(& medium duty turbo).I also run 255/85s which are about 33 inches tall in a heavy truck(Reading work topper full of tools inside and out). She blows the black smoke below 2,000 rpm. So,that`s where I`m at and why I need to swap. The 3.73 rear from the`95 has 120,000 miles and was in a truck that I bought used @ 50,000 miles and babied.I garauntee there will be no problems with this rear.I`ll be putting it in my`92 if I find no takers or a deal on a 4.10.
Prolly a pm would be best since I may not check here too often...Thanks

No thanks.I`d never pay that much to be honest. He should reconsider his price if he wants to sell it to anyone at all. They go for around $300.

My '88 came with a 4:10 70HD. I bought a '98 4:10 14 bolt, put in new 3.21's & stuck it in. Too bad you are so far away- I still have the 70HD.

Re: WTT or WTB:14-bolt/4.10 for my 3.73

I haven`t even checked locally.I`m sure they`d get me one quick if one wasn`t in their yard for some reason. Not a rare part.I just hoped to hook up a trade to scratch someone else`s back.Eeew!Does that expression feel wierd to say to anyone else?(unless it`s a woman,of course).
