It comes with the cables and worked perfect prior to removal!

This is nice clean set up and I would not hesitate to reuse it again. There is no pitting in the chrome and it's all intact. If the unit were polished I feel it would be show quality. All the levers work like new...There was absolutely nothing wrong with it when I took it off! To answer your question in regards to being original equipment...there is no way I know to guarantee it but In my honest opinion it is original. It was in the truck when i bought it from an older gentlemen and everything was factory.

You wouldn't happen to have the vacuum actuator and 2 small brackets that go on the passenger side kick panel vent would you?

Yeah, that will work. So you need the bracket that secures it to the cab, the rod, and the plastic knob, right? Anything else? I'll try to get a pic on here tonight.

thats correct, at the end of the rod (opposite of the plastic knob) there is a clip that holds the rod sucure to the flapper, that too please...
