stalls to the left
HELP! My 67 stalls when i go around a left turn. It had an excell coil mounted at an angle for many years. I mounted it straight while I was doing some "clean up". Could the coil possibly be the problem. I was told there was some kind of oil inside. Could this be the problem?

Are you running a Edelbrock carb? If so you need the off road needle for floats. (spring loaded) --part# 1465

Thanks! Yes, i am running edelbrock #1405. Can i get this part at a regular parts store or does it need to be a speed shop?

Speed shop--It sounds like one of your floats are to high on one side . When you install new needles and seats, be sure and set floats as instructed. These carbs are very finicky about float height. Good luck.
