Question Space saver spare tire for 5-lug?

I seem to recall a space saver spare tire that works really well for those of us with 5-lugs. IIRC it was off a big ol' '70's F*RD. I also did a search and looked in the FAQ's but didn't see anything.
Can anyone help?

I don't know if it was a GM or not but I have seen a space saver in a 60/70's Caddilac full size that had 5 on 5inch.

I bought one out of a later model RWD Impala/Caprice...same pattern as my '96.

The '77-'90 Caprice/Impala station wagons are 5 on 5" like our trucks (2-door and 4-door are 5 on 4-3/4"). I'm not familiar with the '91-'96, but they may be the same way.
