68 C2500 question
OK guys, is there any companies out there that offer a suspension lift kit for the 67-72 C20/C2500 trucks. My buddy bought a 68 C2500 (2wd) and he is wanting to lift it some. If there is nothing offered for the 2wd trucks is there any companies out there that make a 4wd conversion for the C20/C2500 trucks

Re: 68 C2500 question
None that I know of. How much lift is he looking for? Is his truck a coil rear or the leaf since both were available in '68 on the 3/4 ton. The front will be the problem. I am looking to raise my front about an inch to level the truck. I am considering just machining a spacer for the bottom pocket of the front "a" arm. Let us know what you find.

Re: 68 C2500 question
I`ve heard the whole A-arm assembly will swap from up through`99s.If that`s true, there are companies like FabTek that make 2wd lifts.

Re: 68 C2500 question
You can put a body lift on ANYTHING. There are also coil spring spacers, coil spring spreaders, taller coil springs, blocks for the rear.
Any of the above are fine for about 3" without some suspension component changes. Below is a link to a place that has a lot of stuff but I hear the quality is questionable. Most all suspention companies and 4x4 parts companies will have the coil spring spacers that go in the bottom of your spring tray.......I just ordered a 2" coil sprig spacer to raise the front of my dually. You can get the taller springs at the company listed below www.aimind.com
