Accelerator Cable

Anyone done the accelerator "cable" conversion on one of our trucks???? I have searched everywhere and i thought someone has done it on the board but cant find it anywhere.......

There are other ways also, most require welding of some sort, it will prob vary some on our year trucks, but you get the jist
