Problem with wipers - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a 67 that has a problem with the wipers not working. Seems if I push in for the washers the wipers will go one cycle and return. But if I turn on the wipers at either speed nothing happens. Changed out the switch and the same thing happens. Any ideas?

My 70 does the same thing but have not yet tried to fix it. I was thinking that it was the switch. I am interested to know what it might be as well.
