Get a lawyer. I know that sounds smart-ass, but in the long run and for the reason of getting factual and true advice, you'll come out ahead just biting the bullet and going to a lawyer, and not fooling around with guess-work. Good luck with everything.

I agree,get a lawyer. The main thing is to ask everyone you can think of and get someone you trust to recomend one to you. It's not one of those things you want to go searching the yellow pages for, unless you have no other choice.
