I have a dash pad off a 73-87 checy truck. It does not have the vin cut out. In perfect shape and blue in color. Looking to get 100.00 plus shipping. I will take pics and poat them later.

What exact year pad is it? I need the '81-'87 style.

Sounds like it is a 73-78 pad if there is no VIN cut out.
