SBC to BBC Questions?

its a 70 gmc 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive. I just bought a 454 bbc to take the place of my built 383stroker. my question is What problems if any will i run into swappin them out, Mainly motor mount, mounting points?

Engine towers, Motor mounts, 3/8th fuel line. BBC fan shroud, 3 core rad. All of the pulleys, exhaust manifolds, lead pipes, mufflers. Power steering hoses need to be moved(if oem lines).

curiously what are your plans with the 454? Why not stroke out a 400sbc. 454 parts are so much more costly.

Its tough to find a 400 sbc around here.

whats the differenece in towers? Wheres a good place to find them? thanks
