Lowering the drivetrain...
OK, another question for the big lift gurus:
Ive been thinking about adding more suspension lift, to my Blazer, and was thinking about the kits which lower the T-case (Id likely just fab that stuff, myself) However, those kits seem to improve the rear d-shaft angle, at the expense of the front shaft angle (tilting the back of the t-case down raises the front, of course...) Im curious to know if anyone's ever thought about, or actually lowered the entire driveline in the truck (including the engine) This should improve both driveshaft angles, and there's plenty of room between the bottom of the engine, and the front axle... I would imagine that the same fitment issues, involved in a body lift would need to be solved. Looking forward to you opinions -Marty |
