Wish Me Luck!!
Going to look at a 67 shortbed project tomorrow afternoon for a good price.. Never owned one so this is going to be exciting. woot woot! My wife is taking me back and forth to work so she is stoked..lol
Has a 350/400 combo, a little rust but nothing bad..also has the 69-72 front put on by a previous owner that would have to be changed. I printed the vin codes and read up about the area in the glovebox to look at. Hopefully this works out and I will have pics loaded up tomorrow night. Later. Mike |

Hope you find the truck you've always wanted! Be sure to post your findings even if it turns out to not be worthwhile for you.

Re: Wish Me Luck!!
Well I bought it today, will be delivered on a wrecker Monday afternoon.
Its an original 6 cyl, 3 spd truck assembled in Baltimore. I popped the glovebox and the vins matched. Said it had HD springs, blue vinyl? and a 12-bolt posi with 3.73's in the back. It currently has a 350-2V and TH-400 in it. I have to do some major tune ups on it and its getting the intake, wheels, carb, and exhaust changed in the next week. Also need to find some vendors for parts. Originally the price was 1,250 and I thought it was a good deal..body is in fair shape..needs love. New body panels and put the 67 nose back on it. I negotiated it down to 750. Clear title too. Let me know what you think. http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n...IMG_0013-4.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n...IMG_0011-3.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n...IMG_0010-4.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n...IMG_0009-5.jpg |

Looks like the only part of your truck that is 67 is the cab, but it's still sweet !!! Last edited by Spray-Bomb; 10-20-2007 at 09:55 PM. |
