Moved the blue burb today.
I love being able to use the In-laws tractor. It sure makes moving stuff around a lot easier.
Finally getting rid of all my scrap metal. Before yesterday I was pretty sure I was going to make some decent money with all the steel I have laying around. My first load was 1,180 lbs of mixed light steel. I got $20.65 It barely pays for my gas back and forth to the scrap yard. I have one more truck I need to decide what to do with (67 c 10 long box) and after that IM DONE dragging this stuff home ( Probably ) |

Scrap is paying $6.00 per #100 here. I save all of my old brake rotors and metal from side jobs and cash it in about every 2 months or so. We usually have about 2500 to 3000 pounds each trip.

Re: Moved the blue burb today.
You know stuff always looks nicer in the pics Eric came by and we completely stripped the 68 50th frame down to the rails. He is using the springs and the rest is going to the scrappers. I decided to just lay the frame up against a wall in the barn...you never know when I may run across a nice 68 that I can swap all that stuff over to the 50th frame...wait...Im not getting any more stuff
