Id the wheels ?
Hi all,
Does anyone know what kind of wheels these are ? There are some Mickey Thompson caps on the front ones, but I can't find anything even close on their site. Alta Newbie

Re: Id the wheels ?
Looks like a smothie, the name (if name brand type wheel) will be on the inside. I can't think of the name, but they were pretty popular in the late 80-early 90's. Might be a Weld wheel or at least styled after one.

Re: Id the wheels ?
a smoothie is usually a chrome wheel with baby moon center caps (or a delicious beverage)---- those look like Outlaw wheels from American Racing. They are a copy of the Centerline Auto Drag wheels, but were available in 6 lug

Re: Id the wheels ?
Centerlines didn't offer the auto-drag in a 6-lug. They're more likely AR Outlaws as they are very similar in appearance to the CL A-D's.

Re: Id the wheels ?
Modern made a set that was a copy of the centerline, They were dished a little on the inside like yours. The Centerlins say Centerline around the lugs holes and are flat in that area.

Re: Id the wheels ?
I`m not sure of the exact mfgr. You have to look at the profiles and the differences there. Many companies made "modular" wheels with and w/o holes.I don`t think ARs had that bevel in the center.
