Sammed70,I would re-think this strategy. 120K on a 350 means it's on borrowed time as it is.Seals harden over time.Clutches wear with EACH shift.120 is beyond the normal life expectancy of a trans.Unless you don't mind doing swaps,I'd look around for a lower mileage unit.

Yeah, but $50 is cheaper than a core too if it comes down to that.
