Finally got one of the Hot Wheels 69 chevys.
Must have been some kind of luck for them to get one up here. Went to walmart and got there just after they stuck 20 cases of hot wheels into a big car looking bed for kids. Laying right on top it was. Searched the whole thing for another and not another even in there.

Just a tip- look in grocery stores. All the collectors go to W-mart, K-mart, etc. but I found two at Winn-Dixie and two at Wal-Mart so far.

I found 1 at K-Mart last weekend also I have been looking for them but no luck.Then I was with the kid and thought I bet they won't have 1 either and wouldn't u know it there it was.

They are hard to find here, I've looked at walmart and toys r us, didnt find any. Finally a buudy's friend at a flee market picked me up one. He's trying to get me a few more.

I got lucky today and found 4 at TOYS ARE US. That makes 6 I have found in 2 weeks.
Must be damn lucky just can't pick the right
loto numbers.

Hey guys..........

I found 2 HotWheels '69 Chevys at the Walmart here in Texas. Are they all the same? The 2 I got are both red, short box, stepsides.

Sweet though! Really want to open 1 up and check it out...but am trying to refrain.

Also bought a 1:64 Muscle Machines '53 Chevy Pickup that is pretty cool too!

Must be on a streak. Found another one at K-Mart. Now have two for the collection. The only bad thing is everytime I go to a store for something the first thing I check is for those trucks and then I usually forget what I'm even there for.
