Re: Lowered my 69 swb stepside.......
my man Andrew!
Sorry, but I'm glad you have seller's remorse, because I wouldn't have my new truck!! can't thank you enough for all you did for me. gotta get over to your place soon. thanks everyone for the complements. it's just an old driver, but she's kind of special to me. and....... I don't plan on painting it for years and when I do it will go back to where it's at, 534 white over medium olive green. just the way Mr. Ralph Smith of Buffalo, WY ordered it back in early '69. |

Re: Lowered my 69 swb stepside.......
This truck is my favorite on this whole site!!. I love the stance, the rally wheels. I always thought 10 inch wides would look weird on the front, but now I am not so sure. They make the truck. You have made the decision for me, I must get rallys for my step side, even though mine is rough and rusty.
Some people just have good taste, and you are one of those people!! Congratulations on a nice ride !! |

Re: Lowered my 69 swb stepside.......
Hey. Thanks for the pic. My stepside bed has the spare cutout. And it will remain. I LOVE IT.
I many years ago. Lets see, i have had it for 19 years. So about 16 years ago i changed the whole bolt pattern so i could put z28/Chevelle SS wheels on it. And changed the bolt pattern for the spare. What a job. But looked killer. I will do it again when i restore it. Your truck is sweet brother.
