mixed truck

I found a lwb that I like. The problem is that it is just a body pretty srtait. He wants a 1000 obo.The problem that is has a 69 front clip,67 cab and drum brakes on it.I talked to to guy last night he's willing to take 800 for it.He said the title said its a 71 I thought all 71 came with disc brakes?[So what year model is it?]Im kind of leary to get in to this deal.I've been burned before with the title not even belonging to the truck.Oh yeah it has a nice tilt wheel in it.I know this is worthless without pics.I'lltry to ride back out there and get some later. It needs to be clean up but its not bad looking.

Re: mixed truck

the title obviously doesn't match the cab... and most likely doesn't match the frame...
I wouldn't even bother goin back for photos. I wouldn't get it... possibly not even for parts.

Re: mixed truck

Too many out there with NO problems- skip the potential headache and look elsewhere.
