Horn Wiring Diagrahm

The po of my truck hooked the horn up to a doorbell switch on the column.Now i am putting in a different column and would like the horn to work like it should.I need a diagrahm from the horn to the column connector.

Don't have diagram to post up but---

The relay is bolted to the firewall next to the fuse block. Red wire comes from the fuse block--Battery. The green wire goes out to the horn itself. And the black wire goes thru the harness to the steering column connector. The black wire grounds the relay turning the horn on.
