1/2 & 3/4 ton Power steering

Do all BB have a remote power steering reservior that's mounted on the drivers side fender in both 1/2 & 3/4 ton trucks? I have a power steering system for a BB that's from a 69 GMC 3/4 ton that I would like to use in my 1/2 ton that has the remote resevior. Can I use a reseviour from a Small Block that's down on the pump which looks a lot better.

It's not real sharp looking, is there a way to change over to a pump that has the reseviour located with the pump? I know a serpentine system would do it but also be real expensive. Any ideas? Thanks

I doubt you can do it staying with the short water pump.
I'm thinking the long water pump set up on 69 and up cars, and 73 and up trucks would have the kind you are looking for.

Mid year big block Impalas had a self contained setup, but I'm not sure of the fit.
