New guy with '64
Hey all,
I'm Langdon and I just bought a '64 shortbed stepside for a weekend cruiser/toy. It's got a 350 with some boltons backed by a TH400. It runs pretty well, but needs alot of TLC, mainly body work. I figured I'd introduce myself and my truck since I'm gonna be seeking more information about this lovely beast. Sorry the pictures aren't great. Haven't had time to take day shots. |

From Idaho. I like the tilt front end...I've been wanting to do that for a long time...but in fiberglass.

Re: New guy with '64
When you get a chance to take more pics, I'd be interested in seeing some detail on how they did the tilt hood hinge(2) and latch.

Re: New guy with '64
Welcome from Tucson AZ. I have a 64 Longbed Fleetside. Your truck has a ton of potential, and the tilt is awesome. If you need info on parts try Classic Industries, lots of originals and mod parts. Good Luck.
