Oh man, thanks a bunch! That thing looks great! That is actually pretty close to what I have in mind, except I want Torq Thrust Originals or Torq Thrust D's. I guess I have in mind a combination of that truck and the GMC below. Do you know the wheel/tire specs on the one in article?

The tires are 245/60's and 275/60's, the wheels are 15x7's and 15x8's. They're the standard backspace, which I believe is 3 1/2''. I asked Dave Clark (owner) about it because I'd like to have that wheel setup also.

I was playing around a little, and put 17" Torq Thrusts on one of the truck Powell72 posted. I would want mine identical except the grill. It looks killer IMO. I think my decision is made!

LOL! That's why I'm going to wait until after Christmas to keep from using the card. Funny thing about that little piece of plastic is that it's much easier to spend than it is to pay back!

I'm not wanting to do it my dually. I want to paint my '69 C/10 (the truck in my avatar) like this. I'm gonna stay with a solid color (with maybe a white top) because it does not have body side trim.

No sweat. It wouldn't look bad like that, I just want to go another direction on the big dually. I'm still torn between black or dark olive on it.

I was just going to ask if anybody had pics of a truck with the white center but with an orange top.

If I still have mine in the spring I'm going to spray the center white.

It looks good. That is a different twist with the orange in the center, but I like it.

Re: Anybody got any pics of hugger/white 69-72's??

I agree! Nice switch-a-roo on the color scheme there MASONMAN.
I went with the red top when I repainted for 2 reasons, to be different, and make it so the running lights didn't stick out like a sore thumb.

Re: Anybody got any pics of hugger/white 69-72's??

OK, a question. I have a truck with white on the roof and red/orange everywhere else. I think the official color is red/orange. I thought Hugger orange was truly oranges and that there was also a red.

Here's mine. (BTW, if I repaint, I am adding the white in the middle.)

I think it depends on the year model. I have a '71 that states Hugger Orange on the SPID, but I think maybe the official name of the color on the earlier year was red/orange. If I'm not mistaken the paint code is actually the same.

Re: Anybody got any pics of hugger/white 69-72's??

Yes, that's what I thought. Code# 524 is called Red/Orange in 1970 and Hugger in 1971 and 1972. I guess code #516 was the only dark orange in 1969. My only problem is none of them list medium red, and I have 2 trucks with that color on the SPID.
