Got a buddy in desperate need of a 71/72 chevy grill (both inner and outter) and hood. A chrome bumper and drivers side fender.
He's not looking for perfection, it's a beater, but he doesn't want junk either.
Preferably a short distance from Columbus.
Anyone have anything for me?

how far are you from chevydanbarnett and how big of a hurry is he to get these parts.

Colorado is a bit of a hike...but one I'd be more than willing to do personally. (doubt he'd give me gas money though)
I can't remember where Dan is... I want to say maybe he is in the cleveland area maybe? My guy would like to be assembled in a week or two.

I may be able to help with the fender and grill, I'll have to check on the grill. If you/he can wait a while, I will be heading to the Worthington area, (my in-laws live there) but not sure exactly when. I'll let you know if you're interested.

Edit: I just read your last post and I won't be there that soon but may still have the parts.

He WANTS to be rollin in a couple weeks... however, i should have added, I just don't see that happening honestly.

I have a 72 gmc hood real good shape,and a 71-72 chevy grille the inner has a few cracks and the outer has 1 or 2 dents.If you want i can get pics this weekend.I think i have a fender to but it needs the lower cup replaced

Kalamazo is like 200 miles, I doubt he'd be interested in that much of a drive... plus I69 is hell on your tires... although, I REALLY wanna knock over one of those signs and take it

The dents on the outer... you just talkin dings, or we talking deformed junk? A few cracks is cool with him on the inner.
The lower cup... well, beggers can't be choosers, and there's not too much one can do about that in the used fender department.
A GMC hood, if the price is right he'lllive with the added holes.
So yeah, grab me some photos, and some numbers if you would please. You are by Dayton, right?

Paul... I no longer have access to a warm shop to work in, so I can't do any body work to those fenders till it warms up, nor shoot primer.
Plus, to be honest, I kinda like the fact that from 3 angles, my truck apears to be all one color... I don't wanna go making it look like a circus wagon like the longhorn did. It gets embarasing.
