Re: Carpet strips hold downs

I would buy one as well. I can also do the CAD (SolidWorks) work if I needed to help. Sounds like y'all got that under control though.

Re: Carpet strips hold downs

I'd be in for front and rear carpet strips if they're re-produced.

Re: Carpet strips hold downs

I see quite a few interested, I'll ask my boss about the true cost of having it done.

Keep in mind we only do Aluminum, but they would be very rigid and not flimsy. So
a couple of questions? Are front and rear the same? What would you pay for a set?
(Trying to justify the feasability of doing this, board members would get the hook
up on the price and anything left over would go to Evil Bay cause I'd have to buy
all that was produced and I don't think I'm going to trim out my garage in this)

Re: Carpet strips hold downs

I'm 99% sure I could get this done and make it affordable, but with the LARGE
minimum on the front end we would need around $2000 worth sold to even get
it done through my co. (Yeild could be 50+ sets depending on the bar weight)
If we had a Vendor interested that could help us with the cost also. But might
be even cheaper if the other guy in this thread can get it going through him

Re: Carpet strips hold downs

I'm thinking $100+ Shipping a set, and sold only as a set, you want them to match right?
