Another truck

A friend gave me a phone number of a truck he seen for sale this afternoon . I called and left a message . I got a call at about 7pm so I went and took a look . I made an offer and should pick the truck up tomorrow . He wants to meet at the tax office to transfer the title . This truck has a rust spot on the passenger rear cab corner and behind the rear wheel well on the bed . Other than that it is mostly rust free . He installed a set of aftermarket bucket seats and a sunroof in the late 70's or early 80's (BAD). I will have to repair these things but this truck came with some neat options . Unfortunately electric windows werent on the order form since he ordered it in 1976 . He said if he knew they were an option , he would have had them . He took delivery on Oct 7 , 1977 . It is a 77 SWB ,original owner , same Mariner Blue as my current 77 LWB ,pretty clean truck , I will post pics this weekend and more details later . I am happy to get this one . Frank

Re: Another truck

how much did the truck set you back?

Im trying to find a reasonable price to offer for the one i am looking at, but i know location plays a major role in price also.
