Pedal Removal
Wanting to know what is the best way to remove the clutch pedal after switching to a automatic tranny.

Guess the best way is to remove the entire pedal unit and replace it with one from a automatic truck. Either get one from someone here on this board or your local pick a part. You will also need to get the linkage that goes to either a small block or big block engine. not a hard switch at all.

The brake pedal is the same for both standard and automatic trucks. There is nothing to change there.
To remove the clutch pedal, remove the arm and spring off the end and then slide it to the left and out of the bracket. Here's a pic I tool last time I did one.
