d/s vent window rubber replacement question

hey guys,
anyone replace the rubber moulding that goes around the vent window ? looks to me like the rivet that the window pivots on has to be removed in order to take out the vent window to replace rubber moulding. i,am rebuilding a d/s door and thats all thats left to do. any tips would be appreciated.

Re: d/s vent window rubber replacement question

You have to drill that out. I didn't use the rivet kit they sell, I just used stainless 1/8" rivets and put it together. Others on here will say different. But, worked for me.....
