so my parents got me some flowmaster super 40s for x mas. so that means its time to redo the exhaust on my 68. i have a rear rollpan and was woundering wat you guys have done with this. i would like to eather notch out and inch or 2 and tuckmthe tips up in them or have them come out of through the rollpan.

any ideas or pictures

i would also like the pipes top pass through the crossmember untder the cab. anyone know of a (how to) for this ?

would this kit work?

This is on a later model truck, but the Vette look is always great with a roll pan. On any truck. These pipes are right below the frame and tuck up real well. They are 2 1/2" pipes with MEGS oval stainless steel tips.

this is what i was thinking. but i would center the tips an eash side between the bedside and the license plate

No I do not think it is a issue... I have similar setup on my saleen mustang and I have never experienced any issues... Borla makes the tips for the finished touch.

sorry, i just saw what happened to it. i think these will help enough to do the exhaust. my plan is to have one on each side of my licence plate or have it like yours if thats ok with you.

Anyone know how to make the roll pan exit work with a Blazer type gas tank? What about a trailer (hidden) hitch in front of the roll pan with the receiver just behind the lic plate?

The blazer tank takes up the entire space between the frame rails. Can't see coming all the way out the back without dragging your pipes off. But I am open for pics of someone with the nads to have them that close to 16 gals of fuel.
