Here's the carb/manifold pics you wanted.

Edelbrock carb, Edelbrock Performer manifold.
Carb # 1406 - 15?1 (might be a Y)

The truck and motor have been sitting for two years now but it was run/moved just this fall.
Should clean up fine.
