Glovebox Replacement

I'm having this problem installing the new glove box I bought. The bump stops for the glovebox door are not letting the glove box line up properly. Am i just doing this all wrong or what? Does any one have a picture of a installed new or old glovebox? Just to give me a reference point. It would me much appreciated.

make sure the box and bump stops are facing the right direction- the box has to slide into the glovebox door hinge along the bottom and clear the top. it could be the lock striker on top needs adjusting?

Check your mounting screws in the corners , back off on them some till you get it adjusted rigth then tighten them down. If i remember right mine had some play for adjusting on the corner mounting screws.

So is it the door or the actual cardboard replacement you are referring to?

I am having problems with the cardboard insert myself. Any advice would be great.

alright guys here is the deal. Take your glove box door off first and then slide the bottom of the insert into the door. There should be a slot for it. Next, slide the glove box through the hole. The top of the insert slides over the top of the opening. Then you need to fit the insert between the door hinge and the opening. I screwed the sides in first and then screwed the top in. Throuout the instalation I had to keep pressure from the back of the insert just to keep it from falling out towards the engine. So a breif summary... the top and the corners fit around the frame and the sides slide between the hinges and frame and the bottom slides into the slot that is on the door. I'll try to put some pictues up tomorrow.
