I like that it's parked in front of an elementary school and has valid plates on it!!

Even though you can't see the plates for the parachute


And I might be a little out of touch with things, but what's the reason for the seatbelts over the top of the blower?

Our Elementary school holds an annual "Driven To Read" car show each fall to help raise money for stuff the county/state doesn't provide. It helped build/upgrade the playground that hadn't been updated since the school was built in 1950, and buy new books for the library. That's why it was sitting there. And yes, he does drive it on the street....

I assume they are safety straps in case the blower was to cut loose.....
