I Scored!!!

I found this truck setting at a mechanics shop. The owner left it 3 years ago to have a motor put in but never got around to getting one for it. I almost feel bad. I stole it for $500. Its an 87 K20 LWB complete except for motor. I found 2 small dings in the body and it is missing the drivers side glass but that is about it.

Sorry for the pic quality (cell phone)

The interior is not so good. A pretty cheesy set of buckets have been put in and the plastic is pretty faded. The truck is a custom deluxe so it has a rubber floor mat and no head liner which is just what I wanted. I have a seat out of a 92 z71 that I will be putting in as soon as I get a chance. This truck will be used to access some property that I own that the water gets very deep on so the lack of carpet is a plus. I hope to have it on the road in the next 3 or 4 weeks.

Not sure about the Ford but I can ask if you are interested. The pics were taken at the mechanics shop so I dont know anything about it.

Re: I Scored!!!

Uh, excuse me.. that's my truck! What do you mean you bought it for $500 from the garage? I didn't tell him to sell it. I was gonna get a used mo......

Just kidding, just kidding. Provided the trans and brakes are alright you could be all into this rig runnning for cheap and perfect for your intended use.
