Custom Gauges?
Has anyone built a custom gauge panel and did not use the stock cluster as a starting point? I'm think of buying a used cluster to mock up a scratch built cluster. I've seen several people that have bought used Tach equip'd clusters and got screwed when they found cracked/broken circut boards or cracked/broken mounting points. It's been awhile since I had mine out but I don't think it would be to hard to make a nice looking scratch built instrument panel. Anyone got any ideas?

Re: Custom Gauges?
I know a couple guys are using an all Autometer gauge panel on their trucks. It looks really good, but I'm sure it's expensive.
Another guy just adapted a Camaro Tach to his cluster.

Re: Custom Gauges?
you can also use a Covan's dash and add you own gauges.. I purchased one for my 73 and decided to build a custom dash
