Hop to it before it gets dark and cold. I'm not trying to sound cockey...but your burning day light...esp if we are all right and it is your starter...no $ spent to get it running and top get mom off your back.

Hasn't it been like this for several weeks already?? If I had a dead truck in my garage, I would be out there every time I got the chance....not to criticize you or anything, just take the damn starter off first, if it's not that, you have one thing to check off the list.

Turn the key in the on position, take a jumper wire from big post to small post of starter if it turns over and starts you prolly got a bad conn.or selinod......try hitin starter with a hammer..not a BFH..just a tap tap....if that don't work drop the starter..also on the s10s if you pull the right moter mount bolt jack that side up you can take starter out from top side much more easy..thats all i got less you have some test equ. of your own ......good luck

do you have power to everything else in the cab of the blazer? does everything else work, but the starter just not engage? Have you checked the neutral safety switch (if it's an automatic)? If it's a stick, are you sure the clutch is fully depressed while turning the key? Can you take a screwdriver and get the starter to engage by jumping the battery terminal to the "s" terminal on the solenoid? Just a few ideas, I haven't been following this too closely...

Where is your CD player wired to? Is the constant power (not sure if this is the right word) wire spliced into the ignition wire?

One more question (I hope)- do you have power to other things when the key is in the acc or on position, like wipers etc?

Didnt we go through this 2 weeks ago?

Did you try all the things that was suggested?

Have you tested the starter and solenoid?

Take off all the connections and make sure there clean and corrosion free. this includes battery, starter and ground connections.

Not a flame, but you've been given sound advice--TAKE THE STARTER OFF AND HAVE IT TESTED! Until then you are wasting your time and everyone elses.
