changed valve covers
This last weekend i changed out my valve covers for some crome ones.well before i removed the covers i was ready to do some cleaning of the heads b/c it got 130000 on the original motor and there was going to be some gunk but to my supprise the heads only had a thin coating of oil.
this is before  this is after  I WISH this is what it looks like

I hope you didn't put that blower on a motor with 130000 miles on it. Blowers don't like used engines.

The engine bay with the blower motor is missing its master cylinder. Whats up with that?

the blower motor was in a 55 chevy pickup.idk if i have a outside pic of it i will look.

actually blowers like old motors best. had a guy back home blow up two new motors w/ a blower. put a beater a$$ 305 in the truck and it ran HARD and he sold the blower with it still running fine. lol

yeah the one with a blower is a 50s model truck. MC is under the cab..cool. !!

With a blower you start with low compression and as you add boost you increase compression. A older motor cannot usually stand up to the added compression. My boat 9.5 to 1 compression before boost and 320 HP With 7 PSI of boost its over 500 HP. You put a blower on an older engine you better make sure it has a healthy lower end and good pistons.
