Would you say this is bad?

Here are some pics of some of the rust on the cab of my '63. I know that any rust is bad but what do you guys think about this?

EEEEEEWWWWWW!!!! my 60 has 2 rot holes above the windshield along that lip. me thinks bad windshield seals

Yeah you could say it's a bad window seal. It looks like I'm also gonna have to have the panel above the windshield on the inside replaced too because I was picking at it last year and found some more rust.

This rust occurs primarily because of the seam seal at the drip rail around the top of the cab perimeter. Check there first to ensure it is sealed up good. You will need to remove the winshield, repair and rust-proof the damage and install a new windshield gasket. When the water gets into the cavity above the windshield it will run along the top to the "A" pillars and down along the seam above the dash and down into to the kick panels and lower "A" pillars, leaving rust along the way.

That's more than likely why the piece above the windshield has rusted. The piece on the right side below the windshield is because of the hole in the seal as you can see from the picture. I know it's going to cost me alot to get those two spots of rust fixed.
