Re: lets see some engine bay's

Here's my 70 K5's engine bay with its freshly rebuilt 400 sbc. Amazing how a little elbow grease and rattle can paint can freshen up an engine bay.

Due for a refresh...

This is 11 year old engine paint before I was using the Duplicolor stuff. Planning to pull in a few months for general cleanup

the funny thing is...... that radiator was just laying around from another project years ago, i think it was out of a 88 up gm big block truck. i dont quite remember, but it fit perfect. it sits down into the radiator support and the rubbers real nice like it was made for these trucks. it is aluminum, and has black abs plastic sides? i had bought a race radiator with no auto trans cooler built in, but i decided to run this one temporarily and hunt down another aluminum griffin with a built in cooler. still havent gotten around to that yet but this one runs great, never gets hotter then 180 degrees. if i can get to it tomorrow, i can study its habits and give you more detailed info.

Very sweet setup. How are you liking the MSD/Small cap dizzy/external coil setup? I assume you got them from Skip White? I'm looking to do the same. How plug and play was the dizzy with the 6AL?

Thanks, Tony.
