What's wrong with my parts washer

I bought a parts washer last week filled up the tub and heard some clicking from the pump. Fiddled with a bit and it kicked on. I used it once. So I went and returned the pump unit yesterday and got a new one. Plopped it in and turned it on and it worked. About an hour later I turned it back on and all i got was a humming noise. Am I doing something wrong or is this just bad luck. I have enough fluid and I the filter is clean.

Re: What's wrong with my parts washer

I actually bought if from Tractor Supply and the name brand of the product is Clarke. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something stupid before I go in and make a scene.

Re: What's wrong with my parts washer

Never hurts to take it back. If they look at it and show you that you are doing something wrong, then you just learned something new! It might sting the pride a bit, but so what, you're now smarter!

Cool Re: What's wrong with my parts washer

My problem with my HFrt. washer is none of the fluids I buy work very well. Seems like Simple Green works better than the fluids

Any successes out there ?

Thanks
