engine swap
I have a 1969 gmc pickup 6 cyl 3 on the tree. can I swap a chev 350 to that trans? or can I switch to a auto and slide a 350 engine and newer auto trans from a newer chevy truck into the frame and re work the engine and trans mounts. any help would be great

Re: engine swap
My truck had a GMC 305ci V6 w/3speed...then a Chevy 305ci V8 w/turbo350...and now a 383 stroker w/turbo350..

Re: engine swap
Yes you can....easily. I'd stick with the 350/350 combo.
