Custom Inner fender wells?

I want to buy front inner fenders that will allow the truck to be aired out without touching fender wells. I have seen some trucks on here with trailer wheel wells custom made to fit into the engine bay on our trucks...Does anyone know "How to make them good? I would like to pay someone to mod a set for me if poss. or tell me who in my area does custom work on these trucks?
