Re: need help

what did you do for your 5 inch drop in the back?

does your truck still have suspension travel when you jump on the bumper? my guess is no, and you're binding on something. did you get shorter shocks too?

Re: need help

I thought ,may be wrong, you should relocate shock mounts because the angle changed anything 4 inches or more in the rear??

Re: need help

If you didnt change the shocks the truck may be resting on them.Another thing to comsider is that that drop is from stock hight and if your old springs were worn it may not drop 5 inches from your existing hight.

Re: need help

You need to have shorter shocks. You also need to use the shock relocators like Early Classic Enterprises sells. The let the angle of the shock change to let it work better, especially helpful on 4-inch lower and more in the back.

From what you wrote, it sounds like you pulled the bed off. If you did, you may not have it back in the same place as you had it before you pulled it off.

The best way to know how much of a drop you get is to measure BEFORE you drop and AFTER you drop to see how much change you end up with.

Re: need help

like they said shorter shocks shock relocater and also an adjustable panhard bar are required to properly complete the job and have the rear centered
