Need opinions/advice about tailgates

I need a new tailgate as mine is beyond repair. I am trying to decide whether to go with a tailgate that is smooth or has the Chevrolet lettering. My truck will be painted a medium blue pearl and have chrome rims. I am going to have no factory trim on the truck. I am truly 50/50. Also, I am having a hard time finding a good gate locally or someone willing to ship one. Will i regret getting a Repop one? If i go repop, is it worth the extra $130 to get the one w/ the lettering? If you are going with the smoothed over look, by taking trim off and such then the smooth tailgate would most likely look more fitting (more so if the truck is a stepside, and less important if it is a fleetside, to me at least). Not only that but you would be saving $130. Then if you dont like it with the money saved you could propably eventually find a good original at a swap meet, and you would have a tailgate for now.
