Questions about options on my SPID

First of all, on my 68 the options on the SPID all have 4's infront of them and 2 letter behind them (example- 4M20CC)some end with AA, AB, AD,JB,CA. Also, two of my trucks were made in Canada so they both came with option Z49 'Mandatory Canadian Base Equipment', what this consist of??? Thanks

Re: Questions about options on my SPID

the option code i'm not sure about, but in later years they dropped 4 and the cc so it would be m20 instead. the canadian equipment included a block heater and some other stuff. hope this helps.

Re: Questions about options on my SPID

I don`t know the rhyme or reason on the extra digits.I`ve seen that in all of these 6 years.Any dealer order books I`ve seen use the only 3 digits.
