Bench seat help!!!

Ok guys I have a 72 c10 swb ,the tag inside the glove box says the interior is dark olive w\black dash &black door trim panels exterior is olive w\white top. the bench seat is olive\vinyl with vertical bars {rows}. the seat doesnt have any smooth areas or any seperation just vertical rows all the way across . my question and problem is that i cant find anyone who sells one like this , so any help\info would be amazing ! i thought that maybe it has been replaced but it seems to be original ? does anyone know how to find out the interior options ? thanx for the help !

i suggest taking the seat to a upholster and im sure they can mimic the look
